Your path to better sleep starts here
Getting started with our sleep diagnostic services involves a clear path from recognizing symptoms to preparing for your evaluation. Our steps and resources are designed to make the process seamless.
Step 1: Identify your symptoms
Before scheduling, it is helpful to note any recurring issues that suggest a sleep disorder. Common signs that indicate you may need a diagnostic study include loud, chronic snoring or gasping for air during the night, excessive daytime sleepiness, morning headaches, or difficulty concentrating.
Step 2: Obtain a referral
Most sleep diagnostic centers require a physician’s order to schedule a study. Consult your doctor to discuss your symptoms with your primary care provider or a sleep specialist.
