Am I at risk? A quick sleep screener
Wondering if your fatigue is more than just feeling tired? Our simple "Am I at Risk?" screener, based on the STOP-BANG Questionnaire, can help you identify potential sleep issues. This interactive tool covers snoring, tiredness, observed apnea, high blood pressure, BMI, age, neck circumference, and gender. Get immediate insights to discuss with your doctor.

Which sleep test is right for me?
Confused about the different sleep study options? Our comparison tool helps you understand the difference between an at-home sleep test and an in-center polysomnogram (PSG). We offer two home sleep study options, the ResMed ApneaLink and SleepImage, and in-center PSG and CPAP titration studies. Learn which option best suits your needs and insurance coverage:
- Home test: Ideal for those who suspect simple sleep apnea and prefer comfort and lower cost.
- In-center study: Recommended for complex symptoms (like restless legs or acting out dreams) or underlying heart/lung conditions.

Easing your worries about sleep studies
It's natural to have questions and concerns before, during, or after a sleep study or starting CPAP therapy. We address common worries to help you feel more confident and comfortable on your sleep health journey at Sweet Dreams Sleep Center.
Concerns before the study:
- "Will I be able to sleep?": You don't need "perfect" sleep; clinicians only need a few hours of data. Our comfortable, hotel-like rooms are designed to help you relax.
- "Will it hurt?": Our sensors are non-invasive, surface-level electrodes and are completely painless.
Concerns during CPAP/BiPAP/ASV therapy:
- Claustrophobia and mask discomfort: We offer gradual exposure tips, such as wearing the mask for short periods while awake, to help you adjust comfortably.
